See inside for full instructions. Using for the First Time: 1. Carefully read all precautions and usage instructions before use. 2. Fully charge the foot file before use. Charging the foot file: 1. Attach the USB cable into the plug and the plug into the electrical socket. 2. Align dots on the foot file and charging dock ensuring that both and thoroughly dry. 3. While charging, the green light will flash. When fully charged, the light will turn solid green. Then remove the plug from the electrical socket. Regular Usage: 1. Ensure that the roller head is securely inserted into the foot file. Do not use without the roller head attached. 2. Turn on and switch between low and high speed. 3. Gently glide the roller head over hard skin and continue until you reach the desired level of softness. The foot file will stop if you press too hard. Wipe or rinse feet to remove excess dead skin and dry feet. 4. Apply moisturiser and massage into your fabulously soft feet! Cleaning after Use: Turn the foot file off and rinse it under the tap. Dry with a clean dry cloth and store in a cool, dry location away from children.
